Terms of use and licence

TGC DOJO is provided by The Gamification Company ("TGC"). A licence gives the customer named on the order the right to use the platform for the qualification, number of seats or sittings, sandbox hours and period stated on the receipt.

Seats are assigned when a learner is enrolled. Sandbox hours are used while a workspace is running. Unused seats and hours lapse at the end of the licence period. Licences are non-transferable.

The customer is responsible for its own accreditation, for the people it adds, and for the lawful processing of their personal information. Assessment decisions remain the responsibility of the customer's registered assessors and moderators; AI suggestions are advisory.

Sandboxes must be used only for learning and assessment. Attempts to misuse, break out of or attack the sandbox or platform end the licence without refund.
