Privacy notice

TGC processes personal information on behalf of its customers (training providers, corporates and certifying bodies), who are the responsible parties under POPIA for their learners' information.

We process names, email addresses, identity numbers, assessment evidence, results and activity logs only to provide the platform, keep it secure and produce the records customers need for accreditation and certification.

Access is limited by role. Evidence is visible only to the learner and the people assigned to assess, moderate or supervise them, and to the customer's administrators. Certificate verification shows the name, a masked ID number and the result.

Payments are handled by the payment provider; TGC does not store card details. Contact accounts@thegamificationcompany.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
